Install Test Plan

This test plan tests the installation of the PollPress.

Basic installation

1. Obtain access to a WordPress installation that has not had PollPress installed on it before.
2. Obtain PollPress.zip, and extract the contents.
3. Follow the instructions in the readme.txt.

Verify:

• That you were able to complete instructions in readme.txt.
• The PollPress plugin shows up under the Plugins tab, and is shown as activated, with no errors.
• The PollPress tabs show up in the administration panel: Write > Write Poll, Manage > Polls, and Options > PollPress.
• The voting booth should not be visible yet in the sidebar, but no errors should be there when viewed.
• A page called "Polls" should be available from the top level to the user.
